Reservations are reserved for omakase only due to limited seating availability.

Non-reserved seating is done on a first-come-first-serve basis.

All reservations require credit hold / deposit.

Deposit will be returned once the full bill is paid in the restaurant.
All parties of 5 or more will have gratuity automatically added to the bill.

Cancellation Policy:

Your reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the time of the reservation should your plans change.

Deposit made shall be subject to Kintsugi's sole discretion for any modification made / requested within 48 hours of the booking.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Dietary Restrictions Accommodations:

Yes, with certain exceptions.

We must be made aware of dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before reservation time, or else they may not be accommodated.

Certain dietary restrictions, such as requests for no rice and vegetarian diet cannot be accommodated.

We are able to accommodate kosher and gluten free guests, please note them on your reservation.

We cannot accommodate soy allergies due to the nature of the basic ingredients that constitute our menu.

Please be sure to contact us at least 48 hours before your meal to confirm your dietary needs.

Fish Preferences:

Due to the nature of our omakase offering, we do not provide substitution for ingredients based on preferences.
